What happens after I pay this fee? This fee confirms our working relationship. However the onboarding is just beginning. Following receipt we will send additional requests for detailed house information (KYC), owner information (W9, Banking), management agreement as well as work with you on the on site vendor team before listing the home online.
Why do we ask for a fee upfront? For clients who have never had their home listed online (or, who already are listed), we will work to bring your listing live and within our platform and pricing software. We will devote time to preparing you (unlimited phone time consulting regarding the online and onsite listing and management process including addressing all questions, inquiries, concerns you might have, preparing your home for listing online. Not included in the regular onboarding fee of $300 would be add on services, including professional photography, arranging with you and the home any on site onboarding needs (consumables, cleaning (cost of cleaning itself charged separately), assisting with orderings of linens/towels, household supplies, and guidance if necessary, e.g.) and preparing you and the property on a higher level regarding (transient occupancy taxes, insurance, licenses, permits as needed) prior to any reservations beginning. Should you opt for all three additional services, professional photography, onboarding checklists and assistance and/or permits and license guidance, we have created a 20% discount. Likewise we will refund you $500 after your home has generated $5,000 in rental income.
