Individual operators tend to be more hands-on in the reservation process and have less overall overhead than professional managers. (Pro managers also tend to operate more properties and larger properties.)

Only 8% of Professional Managers were able to achieve Superhost Status! And while the ADRs were roughly the same, the average occupancy for a Superhost was 56% while it was just 45% for Non-Superhoses. That’s 21% higher RevPar.
